Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be available

How to Return

Contact Us

Reach out via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.

Pack the Item

Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include any accessories or free gifts that came with the order.

Ship or Drop Off

We'll arrange a courier pickup from your address, or you can drop the item off at our Islamabad or Lahore store.

Refund Processed

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size and colour variants, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number
  • Specify the item you wish to exchange and the preferred size/colour
  • We will confirm availability and arrange the exchange
  • If the desired variant is unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments and innerwear
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable'
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Perfumes and fragrances (if seal is broken)
  • Accessories such as belts, wallets, and sunglasses (if used)
